Not sure, but he's a WW1 Vet and IMO it was taken post WW2 Tom

On the right is Admiral and KC holder Otto von SCHRADER.

If it is Schrader, which it looks like it is based on other photos on Google. It wouldn't be post WWII as he died as a POW by committing suicide in 1945.
