Johnson is not on The Kings Own repatriation list for POW's so I assume it was either confiscated by him or another , he played an administrative role well after the war so who knows the BFC pamphlet was folded up in the book shown

Nice find! I don't see the soldier's name listed in the link showing BFK members (post 37) but the list is probably not complete
and this soldier might no have been associated with this unit...jut picked it up as a souvenir...Was he a POW?

There is no way this guy was an active BFC seemingly he was either given this by another soldier or it was confiscated by said soldier.He worked as a clerk with the Army up until 1946.So perhaps he was involved in a de mob capacity????? who knows.He was not on the repatriation list of Kings Own Regiment POW's
