It's kind of a proof set or souvenir set of stamps issued for the Olympics.

I have zero idea what it's worth.

These souvenir sheets were issued by the Reichspost. Shown here is the complete set of stamps issued to commemorate the Summer Berlin Olympics. Your sheet as shown shows the Sonderstempel for the Berlin Stadium. There were similar stempel for the various Olympic venues.

Phllatelic collectors bought such sheets as a souvenir. Thee are not particularly rare as they were issued in great numbers. Value would be in the 30-45 usd range. Sometimes less and sometime more. Condition is paramount and with more of the Sonderstempel from the various venue value would be higher.

A nice item.
