SOVIET dead TROOPS ?

Could someone please confirm the nationality of the dead troops in this scene.
I think they are probably SOVIET, but they could be French or Polish ?

Those poor souls are Russian dead, look at the Russian grenade, gas mask and the svt38 or 40 laying on the ground.
