It looks original, yes. Can't tell if it's hand-signed, or stamped. KVK2 documents are usually in the $50-60 range. Maybe a bit more, or a bit less depending on version, unit, what area (east front, west front, home front, etc) and who signs them.

actually, I've seen an original EK document with "Führer" misspelled. So, can't say for sure that makes this document bad.

Here's the doc, for posterity's sake. Just in case the link in the o.p. goes dead.

And despite the misspelling & extra period, I think (just my opinion) it looks good. In hand would be better, but just judging from the pix provided, it looks okay.
