Need help to identify visor insignia of a tank soldier

I got a nice photo of a tank soldier today with a great insignia on the visor.Can someone help me to identify it?

It looks like an arrow with a bar across the bottom. 23 Pz.Div had such a thing as it's emblem but the emblem went in the other direction. 22 PD had an arrow with two bars and 27 PD had an arrow with three bars. Maybe he just put it on in the most convenient way so I would say it's 23 PD.
