At last problem is solved. As we can see, Luckmann was promoted to Ogf posthumously, while man in the picture is still alive and in good humor

        Luckmann

I don't want to hijack this thread - and I am not claiming much knowledge in recognizing photos - but does anyone know what publication the two pages I posted came from?

Also - the staging of photos makes identification difficult - I have a photo of Paul Kynast taken wearing his Knights Cross - in a statement his wife said she wore his uniform at the photo shoot and they superimposed his head on the photograph - so he looks alive and well but in fact had been killed in battle

The Kurt Sch<!--[if gte mso 9]><xml> <o:OfficeDocumentSettings> <o:AllowPNG/> </o:OfficeDocumentSettings> </xml><![endif]-->äfer on the list is not the same man as in the photos. The Stalingrad RKT was Btl. Kdr. in Gren.Rgt 516 and died in captivity in May 1943. The man in the photo was Fhr. I./Pz.Gren.Rgt. 33 and received the Knights Cross in August 1944.

And Specer on your first foto on left is Erich Luckmann and on the right is Heinz Reichmann.
Biblio Verlag made an error in with putting the wrong photo of Reichman.
In the book Ritterkreuzträger im Manschaftsstand 1941-1945 by J. Huss and H-W. Sondermann you can find booth of them with good fotos.

Why? Watermarks are put there for a reason.
