24th Pz Division "leaping horseman" documents

I just found these documents I bought 4 years ago at an auction. I had them hidden, so well hidden I couldn't even find them after I moved. Note that the individual was in the 24th Pz Regiment but the doc is signed by the commander of the 1st Pz Division. I found in Nafzinger's book that the 24th Pz Rgt was attached to the 1st Panzer late in 44. His General Assault badge was awarded earlier in 41 before the 1st Cav. Division became the 24th Pz Division. I am assuming this soldier some how escaped Stalingrad as it seems likely he would have been in the 24th Pz Division at that time. I can't make out the signatures on the documents. Any help there would be appreciated.
