Picked this up today also, i was told its to a American, I can see LAH and other cool stuff but i can read german, still trying to master english!

Very cool - what a great read from the past!
To think back to those days, and to wonder what it would be like to receive a letter from a friend who was an active participant in a SS-Motorsturm - especially one from Munich - is quite something, I think. Hope you enjoy the content, as it seems this is quite a rare insight on the moment of time . . . one of a such a "commoner", and seemingly of a very honest perspective.
