What is the history of the drawing.....wartime, post war ? Tom

The signature appears to be dated 1941, though I can't identify the artist's name from the handwriting.

it was painted during wartime. but i have no further informations about this picture. yesterday i found an old print in a paper convolute so i thought if there are published prints from that picture the artist should be not unknown.

here the whole little print from 1941. i have the original picture since five years and thought that is a normal picture by an unknown artist. so i was really astonished about the paper convolute and the old published print
