Looks like it's an exhibit. All the grass/foliage has been worn away by people walking around it.

And I guess "swing around" windows was not available before 1945.

I am quite sure its Bundeswehr "Panzertruppenschule Munster".

Looks like there are concrete pads set into the ground beneath the treads -- to prevent the vehicle from sinking into the soil when it gets wet -- like one finds at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds tank and armor museum.
