Can anyone help me with this group of old WWI and WWII documents. One larger document from 1917 has an original ink signature. I got these in a box full of old relics mailed to me recently. They all appear to be original. Any value ideas? Thanks.

UPDATE! I have just found out that the above 1917 document is an extremely important WWI document and is mentioned in a history of Generaloberst Kovess von Kovesshaza. The historical account specifically mentions that Kaiser Karl presented to Kovess a handwritten (typed?) promotion to the rank of Feldmarschall on August 5, 1917 while the Kaiser visited the liberated city of Czernowitz. It appears that this is that very document! Kaiser Karl later appointed Feldmarschall Kovess as the SUPREME COMMANDER of the whole Austro-Hungarian Army. Any ideas as to what this document might be worth?Comment
