What is the value of this doc? It is blank but LAH stamped. Postwar stamped?

Before I put it on E-stand I want to know what is a realistic price.

You could work on your reading skills too....believe it or not, you're not the first person to post "what is this, what's it worth?". Those questions tend to wear thin after awhile.
