I need your help in translating this doc from the "Sutterlin" writing. It is, I suppose, a congratulation message from Himmler to Wolff.

I think the letter starts wirth "Liebes Wölfchen" - not "Lieber Wilhelm".

Yes Gerdan you are right because the letter was found in the personal archive of Wolff when he was in Verona. I think that this letter is an invitation to write and sign the proposal of rank promotion for Mathias Kleinheisterkamp to be presented to Hitler. In effect Kleinheisterkamp was promoted SS-Brigadeführer und Generalmajor der Waffen-SS on 9 November 1941.
