From the star decoration on the breast pocket, I would say the smiling officer (bottom on first post) might be Erich Thiel.

John is correct the RKT with the Spanish cross is Erich Thiel.

The other two RKT holders are part of Staffelkäpitan Hptmn Carl August Petersen's crew (9./KG27), left to right they are;

Ofw. Walter Schalles (RK 12/4/42)
Hptmn Carl August Petersen (RK 7/3/42)
