SS Ausweis for review

The fact that the Mitglieds-Nr is absent (just this strange entry) is weird I find...
And why is there no signature on the reverse ?

Here you go another 2 examples from 61. SS Standarte (Allenstein):

The absent Nr. is NSDAP Mitglieds-Nr. - not all Allg.SS-members were in the NSDAP...
(SS-Mitglieds-Nr. is simultaneously the SS-Ausweis Nr.)

And why is there no signature on the reverse ?

This SS-Ausweis was probably never officially issued...

They look very similar. However I have a last remark : on the Ausweis-Nr : between the one I posted and yours, there is a difference of 109 papers (between 109069 and 109178), but they were filled in the same day (7. Mai 1934). So I find weird the fact that the one I posted is not issued... So much differences in the same Standarte for the same day !
That's why I'm still very suspicious with this one...
