It seems that he is in the rank of a "Oberstfeldmeister" - abbreviated "Ostfm." in the

Chemnitz/Pirna, RAD Abteilung 154. The name is difficult to read, may be "Roessler"??

Hi Gerdan, you're a little mistaken, his rank - Oberfeldmeister, Oberstfeldmeister have had two asterisks (insignia 1936-41).
This officer of Arbeitsgruppe 154 Abteilung 2 "Kleist von Nollendorf" (dislocation in Glauchau) XV Arbeitsgau Sachsen (headquartered in Dresden).
