Hi Totenhead,

These "Wochensproch" (weekly quotation posters) were (or were) easily obtained in Germany and on internet dealers sites for many years.
They were produced in large numbers, and were displayed in most public places to inspire the German people.
They seem to have become far more elusive to track down over the last few years, and very few seem to be offered for sale at the moment.
Your poster is a very desirable example and should be a safe bet for sale.

Hi,

Before the war, many districts of Germany had their own system of producing these small posters; and many district "rarities" are to be found.
However, after 1940; all these posters were controlled by the NSDAP office in Munich and the same posters appeared all over Germany.
A fascinating avenue to explore in collecting!
I have 20+, mostly "Gau Weser-Ems", and the artwork is exceptional.
Mostly, these products of the TR era are worth more because of the artwork or the slogan, but are affordable to the modest collector.
Would love to have a link to more of these for sale?
