WH poster for Soviet Army uniforms

I picked this up for the display room and had never seen one before. The US army made almost the same thing for the Germans and I have those posters as well but this one is neat. Dated 1938.

Very interesting and desirable poster!
I have once seen the same kind of German poster with British soldiers. I believe that one was made a couple of years before the war as well.
