Award documents signed by who

HI I have few different award documents in my collection and I would like to know who were these men who signed these documents.My question is :

Can anyone read (ID signatures) who these men are.

Was anyone DKiG or RK holder at the time of signing these docs or latter.

What mean m.d.f.b above signature.

Thank you for sharing the interesting documents.

I think the names of the signiture as follows...

Kommandeur of sPzJgAbt. 667 is Major Horst von Domarus, a holder of DKiG dated 12. Sept. 1944.

"m.d.F.b" (mit der Führung beauftragt) of 137.Infanterie-Division, to which Infanterie-Rgt. 449 belonged, is for Oberst Paul Mahlmann, another holder of DKiG dated 22 Nov. 1941.
As he was then an Oberst, he was not a (divisional) "Kommandeur", but a "Führer" (commanding officer).

Hi Kitamura thank you wery much for your help and great infos about these two officers.Any idea about second Major who signed IAB document?I would also like to ask if any good site about RK and DKiG holders exist out there.But anyway thanks that is great info you share with all of us.
