SS-RKT: Can this be Hans Dorr?

Dear all,

I recently found this neat portrait photo of a Waffen-SS RKT....can it be Hans Dorr? I am however not completely sure....

Maybe you can help out to identify it.....

No not Dorr, why?:

Dorr was awarded the IAB not GAB - he was infantry.
Dorr was awarded the KC as Haupsturmfuehrer not as Ostuf.
Dorr was awarded the CCC September 1943 as a Hstuf and was already a Stubaf a short couple of weeks later.
Dorr was awarded the spange to the Sudetenland medal which is not on the ribbonbar shown.
Dorr already wore the VWA Gold, not black, when awarded the CCC.
Dorr's ribbonbar would have had EK+Sudetenland with Spange (and possibly WS if he wore it also on the ribbonbar in violation of regulations as he is already wearing the full ribbon) the ribbonbar shown has a different composition.

Less definite:
Where is his DKiG? It was awarded prior to KC and CCC. Tunic also seems to lack loops for accomodating a GC.
Piping on cap seems to be non-white so also not infantry.
