While I think (??) these fellows are Polish, something in the back of my mind says they might (??) be French - can anyone make a positive ID on these fellows ???

Yes hungarian officers, picture taken between late 1940 or early 1941, the shoulder boards for the great coat only saw service from the 15th of june 1940 till the 6th of august 1941!
