This came in today from my junk market along with the SA lot .

Is it of any great interest please ? can any one identify the factory or place of work - were these carried by all workers or just office staff ?

The stamp is from the "Oberbauleitung Freudenstadt des Generalinspektors für das deutsche

Straßenwesen"

He was discharged 30.9.1944 from Lager Kniebis (Camp Kniebis) which was close to the

Führerhauptquartier (Hitler HQ) called Tannenberg.

May be he was helping with the construction of the HQ there.

These were carried by all the workers. This one appears to be some type of honorarium, as it was issued the same day he was released form service with OT.
