I have been tracking down a award doc for a CCC in bronze to go with a photo and a bronze CCC. I am going to frame up all three for a display set to put on my wall for friends and family to look at when they visit.
Following are two different Docs for CCC in bronze, what I am after from you all whom are experts in this field is the one to go for.
Obviously they are awarded to two different people, but I thought one may have more history than the other when it came to whom they served for and the officer who signed the doccument.
And finally of course just to make sure that the Docs are original war award docs.

I like the idea of putting the doc together with an example of a CCC, but without the photo. I'm a bit of a purist when it comes to putting such items together. Over the years I've seen so many such groups sold by dealers on the market that were put together with no connection other than to move stock and make a bit more. I realize this is not your intention, and that you just want to have a nice representation for the doc. Imo, for collectors, unlike dealers, adding a medal or badge as an example to a doc is one thing, but I reckon adding the photo of an anonymous soldier just does not come off right.
