Award document mistake

Hi please look this document and you will see unit No. different at top and bottom.Stamp is same as unit No. at bottom and is clear.My opinion is that this is mistake made by clerk but I would like to hear some more opinions.Best regards.CVRC

Are you referring to the designation Grenadier Regiment 30 as typed and Infanterie Regiment 30 on the stamp?
If so then Infanterie Regiment 30 was renamed Grenadier Regiment 30 on 15.10.1942.

Or

As Eric-Jan has pointed out, 4 Kp. was not III. Btl. it was I. Btl.!!!! However probably at that time for operational purposes 4 Kp. was seconded to III. Btl.

Thanks guys for all your infos on that document.At first I thought that No.four at the top was mistake made by clerk but as Ian said it is fourth company at third batalion.I am also happy with info that captain who signed document was KC holder.Every day I learn something new.Thanks again for all your help.Best regards.
