Pamphlet help please

I acquired a group of items from Germany WW1 & WW2. There were some German Communist tinnes in there and wondered it this a pamphlet of German Communist. Thanks

This is actually a memorandum for the repatriation of the bodies of soldiers fallen on the battlefield so nothing directly communist related. I would imagine it to be post WW1 as this type print (fraktur) was no longer used after WW2.
