Are you sure? According to this reference site, the Afga markings are correct: http://www.kriegsberichter.de/Data/fake03e.htm

Well, I got an email from Emedals and they told me the photo is 100% original... I bought the item from them, and after all the searching made by myself and others, I can rely on the thought that this photo is original.

Since this is my first "online" purchase of an item, I was a little bit scared of the outcome, but many sources gave me the green light regarding the website.

I also don't want to make a fight with you Haruki, but I have to take the word from the guys at Emedals.

So the shop you bought this from states it is original? No big surprise there, of course they are going to say that. I've bought several photo groupings from Emedals, but that does not mean that every single item they have sold in the past, present and future is genuine.

For what it's worth, I agree with Haruki.

Rotyslav.. I've just getting started on the collecting world, and I made this thread to discuss a photo, nothing more. And I DO trust what other collectors give me as advice (which also included good references to the site Emedals).

All has been settled with the militaria site; and yes.. the photo is a fake.

I have nothing but words of gratitude to the people who come here and help.
