The SA man infront of the Swastika flag is almost like a recruitment poster.

The fatigue jacket of the man to Lutze's right wearing the lagermutze is uncommon isn't it?

(BR James and Laurens, I agree it is Victor Lutze but at first I saw Karl Ernst as well!).

The SS officer on the left looks like Friedrich Jeckeln. I can't see the man on the right too well. Maybe a closer view would suffice.
