help with text on a ss picture

I got this picture today and I wondered if somebody could help me with the text on the backside. I quess it is some kind of Eastern European language.

Hello Olav,

It seems to be in Latvian. The place is for sure Liepaja (Libau in German). The text is a remembrance to someone (Latvian name, I think). Maybe someone having good command of Latvian language can be of more help.

You'll have to excuse me, my Latvian is a little rusty but I think it says....If found, please return to Bodes....

It means "to Ulmaniesiem [Latvian second name] for the memory from Arvid [Latvian first name] Liepaja(a city on the West Coast of Latvia)

By the way, if you need some Latvian translation help, I live with the ideal person.
