KVK award doc fake or real

I all ways assume fake until proven real. Just learning. Saying fake won't hurt my feelings. If you can point me to info on how to determine authenticity of documents. Fake vs Real
    Thanks

I am not a document guy but my first question is why would an SS Panzer troop be awarded the KVK ?

      Reproduction. Stamp, signature, etc.

It was possible for any and all soldiers to be awarded the KvK regardless of the unit type but as mentioned by Jeff, this particular citation is a fake. A particular tell-tale is that the signature has been signed across the printed and typed wording in an effort to disguise it and make it harder to distinguish.

Yes, definitely fake. Jeff and Hucks are right on. The stamp and sig are the dead giveaways.

            Kvk

I get that. Still not a desireable award for a combat soldier.

              Okay, I'll bite:

              Why not?

Completely normal for someone in a combat unit to get the KVKI, there were plenty of jobs, even at company level that would warrant such an award. The haupftfeldwebel to name one.
