Generals and RK Holders ID

Greetings friends,

I'm working on a project to try and identify as many of the Generals and RK holders as possible in my archive. Thus far, I've made quite a bit of progress. However, there are a few that I am either not certain about or just don't have the faintest clue as to their identity. As such, I've reached the point where I need to ask for some help.

If you recognize any of the individuals in these photos and can give a fairly certain ID, please post it here so that I can add that info to my archive. I'd really appreciate any assistance with this project.
