ID on Standartenführer

I need help to ID this Standartenführer.

Behind Boysen there is another SS-officer, not a lot to see, but maybe enough to ID him too?

I see Kraas . . . as well as Berger . . . and although camouflaged by your name, the Obersturmbannfuhrer reminds me of Hoecker - but I do not think he obtained such rank - and certainly not by the same time that Kraas carried this rank . . . if that indeed, is him in the photo.

Unusual badge might be a clue?

I'm referring to the badge to the right from his Party Badge (our right), what badge is this?...

It is not Hugo Krass, as his has other and higher awards.

I think the badge he is wearing on his lower left pocket is the Gau Wartheland-Traditionabzeichen.
