Reichsbahn document stamp question

Hello folks,

One of my newspaper ads turned up this ink stamp.

Anyone have an interest in these? Anyone have an idea what this item might go for?

I've no idea about value, but this isn't an ordinary document stamp. It is made of metal, and the level of the text/eagle is lower than the base of the stamp rather than extending out from it (if you get my drift...).
This looks like a seal for use with sealing wax - maybe for sealing goods crates or something?

Yes, I agree. It probably is a wax stamp as opposed to an ink stamp.
