SS Officer Identification Assistance...

[Hundestaffel]

I recently picked up a fabulous SS Hund photo picturing this SS Obersturmfuhrer (possibly [??] SS Haupsturmfuhrer) with his Shepherd. Besides wearing a Golden Party Badge, this SS Officer also wears the impossibly rare Gau-Traditionsabzeichen Berlin 1936 Badge (although I cannot make out if it is in Silver or Gold).

Can anyone positively identify this SS Officer ????
