I've got to be honest, I'm not keen on it. Maybe an image of the full piece might sway me, but at the moment I'm leaning towards forgery.

yep,
there are three fake factory rommel sig postcards on militaria321.

the other two added to the one ralf talks about are

0006230238 and 0005871948

and a pair of repro fakes at 0006188129

re the one in this thread, my initial feeling was it is dodgy, and I am still not sure it is a good one even though I have looked at it carefully, which means I would give it the thumbs down in terms of buying it...

...and given it is on a cut piece of paper I wouldn't want it anyway.

and if I was gonna buy it I would get the type face checked by Haas anyway to confirm it is a period typeface
