U boot commander identification?

Hello, I've got this very little picture of a U-boot commander (with probably his mom and girlfriend), standing in front of there house. But now my question is,
is it possible of knowing who this man was/is? He is wears a knight cross (maybe oaks), ek2,ek1 and u boot abzeichen. I didn't found someone who looks like him, so I would like to know if some of you guys do? I would appruciate it very much!
