Russian Portraits in German Photoalbum !

Hi Guys ! It is not the first time I discover russian Portraits in german Photoalbums. Most of these Portraits has been captured on POW's or found on KIA Soldiers. These one has been probably found in the Office of the Paratrooper School "Schatalowo" in the Vicinity of Smolensk....
As there is among us some Experts coming from Russia, I hope for some Help !! All Informations concerning these Soldiers (Rank / unit) would be appreciated, as I have none Culture in this Matter !! Airfield in Shatalovo constructed in 1928. It was the large airfield, and the developed infrastructure. In "Шаталово" there was 207 regiment of the long-range aviation. It is probable that to a regiment there was a paraborne service.

Thank You so much Skvorin for this detailled informations ! Great !! Concerning the Officers he is designating as "Kommandeur", he must be mistaking because I mean these Guys are First Lieutenand or captain, and not "commander" which Rank was probabaly much higher...
