Unknown location

I am wondering if anyone can recognise this distinctive location ? It looks like some kind of Palace/Castle complex.

Some of the photos from this series are marked 'Köpenick' on the back & relate to winter Polizei field exercises.

However I suspect 'Köpenick' is merely where they were developed as I can't find a match on this at all. Can anyone confirm where this location is ?
