German Newspaper-England Declares WAR

Hi Folks,

In 1988/89 when I lived outside of Stuttgart, Germany, I went into an antique/2nd hand shop and opened an "old" atlas book and inside I found this "Stuttgart NS Kurier dated 3 September 1939 with headlines... "England Declares War" and the Poland offensive along with the declaration of Iron Cross. It also included a map of Poland and the Corridor. Here are some pictures of the newspaper

Very Nice Find, Congrats.
Was just wondering, when you found it did you fold it back up and put it back into the Atlas? Then offer the guy 2 or 3 Marks for an outdated Atlas?

I bought the atlas along with some blanket straps....I don't recall paying much for them. Yes...the DM....I'm sure many Germans wish the DM was back and the Euo out.
