    Naval Documents

    Two naval award documents to the same man, Otto Kulpmann, in France. My question is both are stamped or signed by an Admiral. Can anyone tell me who they are? Thanks for any help. Ralph

      EKII is Otto Schultze, MA abzeichen is Eugen Lindau


      Marine Flak Abteilung 803 served in Brest.
      Collecting German award documents, other paperwork and photos relating to Norway and Finland.
