SS officer identification help needed!

What do you guys think is this a same man?

They look very similar, so you might be correct.

The first two pics was taken on a funeral of the 8.SS Florian Geyer.
On july 5. 1944, Hungary.

Joachim Boosfeld is served same time and same place in hungary....

Just my 2 questions:
Yes he was at that time (5. July 1944) in Hungary, but where is his EKI that he earned on 30.3.1942.
And another thing - the guy in the foto is an SS-Untersturmführer but Boosfeld came in SS-Kav.Reg 16 on Nov.1943 as an SS-Obersturmführer.

Yes i know that , but he never wore his awards, only on the studio photos.
Check the most famous german site the "ritterkreuztrager.de" no info that when he came unterstumfuhrer to obersturmfuhrer.
