Luftwaffe Unit Emblem Identification....

Can anyone positively identify this Luftwaffe Unit Emblem as seen on a plaque hanging in a Luft Barracks ??? (sorry for the poor quality of the enlargement, but it is the best I can do with limited - and dated - computer equipment).

can we see the hole photo maybe will get a better idea of the centre shape below the luftwaffe eagle which is faceing right,this would help.

The plaque is very tiny on the original print, and one would glean even less from it than from this enlarged scan....

Maybe this helps some.
I make the unit emblem a little clearer, also it seems that there is some written under the unit logo.

I don't think it's a flying unit... nothing compares in the Ketley and Sistanovic books.
