I for one find the early grey wrap with dark collar wery interesting and also seldom seen in wear

Yes a most interesting modified wrap, it appears all men are lower ranking officers. perhaps the photo was taken at a school or? it looks like the decorated man on the right wears a campaign shield of some type, can you make it out in the original photo Erich?
