Identification of collar tabs + medal.

Was looking over some of my pictures and trying to identify the parts marked in the picture.

The medal is probably some sort of commemorative tinnie.

You are probably right. Atleast i think i havent seen it before.

Which part makes you belive their firemen? Is it the uniform itself or..?

In the full picture you can see several of them are wearing IAB and EK2's.
