    Hi all

Please let me know what you think of this stamp? Real or forgery?

    Thanks

You might want to contact Dean Rodina @GermanPostalHistory.com. He is a dealer/expert in stamps, covers, and postcards of this period. I've been buying from him for a while & been happy with my purchases.

Hmm no gum on the back so I doubt it. It real ones run about 1000$ I would only go for a used one where the PM and or cancel can be authenticated as well.

Best way to get one of there is from a very very god dealer.

I have had a private response from a dealer that highlighted 4 or 5 areas that are typically suspect on a forgery. This stamp seems to pass all areas and meets the criteria for it to be an original.

            Thanks to all who commented.
