    Himmler signature-what do you think?

Here is a Himmler signature I am on the fence about...but leaning towards it being good.
I don't have it in hand yet and this is the best image I will get .

I Like the 'H's' and the 'L' and the' 7'...but I tend to be suspicious of those written in green...for a few reasons.

This is as good a photo I can get at the moment.
It is on a period book, not a TR or SS publication but something I know he was interested in on the side.

    What do all you think?

Not sure if it's just my browser, but I can hardly make it out, so cannot really see it.

      Hello max,
It is not your browser... it is my image.
It is pretty poor. It is all I've got to go on for now.
      Thanks for the immediate reply.

Here is a uncropped version-but doubt it will help much

If it was up to me I'd buy the book it's in and not the signature that comes with a book. But I'm no expert...

              another

like I said: I am on the fence but leaning towards credibility. I like the 'H's' and the 'l' and especially the '7'...they look like lettering consistent with his hand

I like it overall. One thing that I see is that the writing looks like it alternates between light and dark as if the pressure was varied or the texture of the paper causes it. If the price is right I would consider it. You did not state the subject matter or title of the book...I suspect on purpose to protect this San Fran treat? Good luck in making a decision.

To everyone who offered their opinions I thank them.
I was on the fence...but slowly leaning towards it...I needed a sanity check.
Will eventually show better images once it is within my hands.
                      Thanks

I have a good feeling about the signature too.
Please tell us in which Dürer's publication it is. Thanks

                              Albrecht Durer book.
                              written by Friedrich Winkler.
                              pub.'39

it is a very large book.

The Der Friewillige Zeitschrift is just to show why or how the artist Durer was important to an SS conception of history and art.
