Wilhelm Specht: For what got he the knights cross in July 1941 ?

Wilhelm Specht got the knights cross on 27th July 1941. Do you know why ?
Any photos of him or his knights cross ceremony ?

If no one has the answer here (or AHF if you try there), I would hope there is some information in the divisional history at least.

I dont have photos of his RK ceremony but do have some of him in France June 1940 here with officers of IR 55 :

He is in 136, 137, 138, 139, 140. Then relaxing in 144, 145.
