Nice photos of Ju52's Larsen! affectionately known by the troops as "Auntie Ju's" and without them many operations or encirclement breakouts would have failed!

I like the photo showing the wounded being loaded or unloaded, She was a great aircraft that was outdated when the war began, but flew to the very end.
without her many wounded throughout the war would have perished, thousands alone were evacuated from the Cherkassy pocket aboard these cargo/FJ jump aircraft!

were these photos in a group or just random photos from the collection?

                    Thanks for sharing them Larsen!

                    Kevin

First many thanks for some great answers and very interesting informations.

There is no text on the reverse .

All this photos were in a group together, but dont know if they come from diffirent albums or seperate photos and finally have been put together.

About the photo with the wounded, can it be from Pitomnik ?
And of course not one of the the last days at Stalingrad.

There is something speciel with Ju52, i can remember it from the movie 'Where Eagles Dare'.

The French foreign legion also used the planes for a while at Indochina,(The last time 10 november 1951 at operation Tulipe)
I have this photo taken at Indochina.
