Came across this one in my cyber voyages- does anyone know anything about this item? I imagine it must be pretty rare. Is it a real deal or a fantasy item?

I don't know why it would be a fantacy piece since it dates from several months before the Nazis gained power. Until Hitler, Jews had the same liberties as anyone else. (and I'm sure you already know that!!) It seems legitimate to me. Why would anyone "invent" this?
