Hi Olivier
This emblem as yet not indentified,but is part of 7 Flieger Div. and attached to the Panzergruppe 3.as of 1943 II. Luft.-Feldkorps.It as mobile Hakenkruez,with what looks like figure standing in the centre in either red or green?? And could be a Flak.Abt.
